You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality construction, renovation, and repair projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform trade-specific tasks such as framing, drywall installation, electrical, plumbing, roofing, carpentry, painting, tile setting, flooring, or other specialized construction work
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans to execute work accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and team members to meet deadlines and quality standards
• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies
• Assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving on-site issues as they arise

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in your trade or craft, preferably 3+ years
• Relevant certifications or licenses (if applicable)
• Strong knowledge of safety practices and OSHA regulations
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
